- This is my third lifetime as a yogi, which is awesome because I can't think of anything better to be; that is, if you have to be SOMETHING. With 20 years of intensive yoga under my belt, I opened a yoga studio in 1993. It thrived for 15 years, after which I took a break. Now I offer in-depth yoga retreats (love fests) and I'm writing and traveling and making videos on a variety of subjects. I created this blog to share yoga tips and insights with you. Beautifully crafted! I love the way you blended the beauty and stillness of the animals and the land with the vibrant presence of the asana. I get such a hit from watching the silent practice of asana. Energy bodies speak so directly to each other. Thanks for sharing darling! Love, Sal
